Ingredients

Purified water. Beneficial microbes: bacillus subtilis, bifidobacterium bifidum, bifidobacterium breve, bifidobacterium infantis, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactococcus lactis, saccharomyces boulardii, saccharomyces cerevisiae and streptococcus thermophilus; and organic malt (barley). Herbs: apple cider vinegar, valerian root, bacopa, linden blossom, moringa, ginger, sea water concentrate, chamomile, siberian ginseng, passionflower, jujuba, hops, oat straw, rosehip, lavender.

The barley is consumed by the microbes in the fermentation process, leaving a product with less than 2ppm of gluten. Less than 20ppm is considered safe for coeliacs.
