How to use

Place pipes in your chosen environment. For water, allow 30 minutes to activate.

Drinking water: 10 pipes per liter (bottles, kettles etc.).
Appliances: 30 pipes in a sealed bag for laundry; 25 in the dishwasher basket.
Bath or shower: 10 pipes in the tub or tucked into the showerhead.
Odors: place in shoes (2–4), fridge (20), or closets (30–40).
Toilet: 25 pipes in the cistern to prevent scale.
Gardening: 200g per 200–250L in water butts.

For maintenence, recharge your pipes every few months:

Clean: Boil in water for 10 minutes to clear the pores.
Replenish: Soak in a solution of our Simple Probiotic.
Reactivate: Allow to dry thoroughly in the sun.

How do ceramic pipes actually work?

These pipes combine traditional ceramic filtration with EM (effective microorganisms) technology.

Natural filtration: the ceramic adsorbs impurities and chlorine for better taste, while acting as a catalyst to turn dissolved calcium into smooth nanocrystals that wash away instead of sticking as limescale.

Mineral conditioning: the ceramic surface encourages calcium to form smooth crystals that stay suspended in water rather than sticking to surfaces as hard limescale.

I was pleased to receive my ceramic pipes however last time I purchased some (possibly from a different company?) they came in a small waterproof net bag which I could hang in required areas such as my horse's water tank to help keep her water clear. However with them being loose I don't know how to use them for any of the recommended areas?

I agree with Cheryl. I had loads of them (collected through time) but had no idea if they were efficacious or not. I was using them in my spray-bottles, but chucked them out when the product switched to buying your own spray bottles, and there was no mention of their use. Now I feel disappointed that I didn’t put some in my shower-head...

I do think they make the water softer which is good. My only issue is that there is not enough information with the item. I have called and been told what to do with them in kettles and such like but shouldn’t have needed to call plus if it’s in black and white the information is there always to refer to. I was hoping there would be an Information sheet sent with the product but no. Maybe it is something you would think about for these and the garden liquids. Thank you

Anywhere you use water – in the dishwasher and washing machine we band them together with elastic, so they don’t run away. Place a few in the kettle, in the water jug, and in spray bottles.

How do the ceramic pipes benefit water?

Are the microbes in the ceramic pipes alive?
