How can probiotics support women's health?

The gut microbiome - the trillions of beneficial microbes living in your digestive tract - supports virtually every hormone in the body.

The gut regulates the expression of hormones meaning it reduces or increases the production of certain hormones.

By maintaining a healthy gut, you can help to make sure that your hormones are working at their best and can help your body balance your hormones - especially oestrogen - more effectively.

This is where probiotics can come in, in particular one designed with women in mind.

The friendly bacteria combined with herbs and minerals in microbz women work in tandem to support your gut and intimate flora, giving your body the boost is may need to better regulate your hormones and alleviate symptoms.
