At microbz, we believe microorganisms are an important part of the natural world. Our approach to fermentation is rooted in that understanding and in our commitment to working with nature.
Purified water, Organic molasses, Bifidobacterium: B. bifidum, B.breve, B. longum. Lactobacillus: L.acidophilus, L. delbrueckii, L. casei, L. reuterii, L. plantarum, L. lactalis. Sacharomyces: S. boulardii, S. cerevisiae. Bacillus subtilis, Streptococcus thermophilus.
All molasses are completely consumed by the microbes, leaving the final product sugar free.
