How do i make changes to my subscription?
Any changes can be made by logging in to your customer portal. From there you can update how often your products arrive, swap items, add one-off products, change your details, or pause, skip and cancel deliveries whenever you need to. It’s all in your hands.
I can't seem to log in to my portal
First, check you’re using the same email address you used when you placed your order. If you’ve forgotten your password, click ‘forgot password’ to reset it. Still stuck? Drop contact us below and we’ll send you a magic login link.
How do I know if I have multiple subscriptions running?
Log in to your customer portal and you’ll see all active subscriptions listed in one place. Each product will show either 'active', 'paused' or 'cancelled'. Any active subscriptions will have a delivery schedule, so you can check if you’ve got more than one running and manage them together.
Can i merge two subscriptions but have separate delivery intervals?
At the moment, each delivery interval needs its own subscription. If you’d like to combine products into one subscription, simply cancel the extra subscription and then add your desired product to the one that’s already running. Everything will show together in your portal so you can manage it easily.
My discount code has disappeared of recurring orders
Discount codes only apply to your first subscription order, not to recurring deliveries. After that, your subscription continues at the built-in ‘subscribe & save’ price, which is already the best value we offer.
Can i gift my next subscription instead of skipping?
Yes, you can gift your upcoming order instead of skipping it, all through the customer portal. Your subscription schedule will remain unchanged after the gift is sent.
How do I apply a discount code for my next subscription delivery
You can apply a discount code directly in your customer portal. Just log in and enter the code in the discount code box. It will be applied to your next order automatically.
