Purified water, Organic molasses, Bifidobacterium: B. bifidum, B.breve, B. longum. Lactobacillus: L.acidophilus, L. delbrueckii, L. casei, L. reuterii, L. plantarum, L. lactalis. Sacharomyces: S. boulardii, S. cerevisiae. Bacillus subtilis, Streptococcus thermophilus.
All molasses are completely consumed by the microbes, leaving the final product sugar free.
