IN THE UK
All shipping and delivery costs are shown in pounds.
All 25 litre bottles of microbz probiotics will be shipped within 5 days and you will get notified.
All orders of 500 litres of 1000 litres will be processed within 5 days. In that time you will get an estimated time of delivery for your order. This will be within 4-7 weeks of placing your order. We brew living liquid probiotics and we want them to reach you as soon after being fermented as possible. It takes us some time to do this. These larger orders will be shipped in an IBC or a reinforced plastic bag in a cardboard box.
All delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Currently we do not process international orders for these products on our website. If you are interested in ordering in Europe or Internationally please contact info@microbz.co.uk.
VAT
All deliveries are subject to UK vat.
DAMAGE AND LOSS
Due to unforeseen circumstances exceptional delays in deliveries can occasionally occur. It is also possible on very rare occasions for deliveries to get damaged or lost.
If this happens to you, please call the office or email us and we will aim to assist you.
Returns and cancellations

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
You have 20 working days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt and proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on the return of the item.

We collect data about our site usage as described below. We do not collect or store any data about visitors to our site other than for the specific purposes of improving visitors’ experience of the site and making it more effective in delivering information about the world of microbes and the products we offer.
We do not share any visitor data (nor any customer data however that customer interacts with us) with any third party other than as described below. We do not share or sell any such data with or to any third party in pursuance of their marketing of their own products or services.
We use Google Analytics and other analytics packages to analyse the use of our site. We do not share any data we collect with any third parties for the purposes of marketing their own products. Any data collected is used to identify how website visitors come to the site (whether by referral, cost per click advertising or, for example, clicking on links contained in emails we send to customers who have signed up to receive emails from us) and their behaviour on the site through (where applicable) to completing a purchase. All data captured in this way is anonymous.
We use Google Analytics and other analytic packages to analyse the use of our site. We (via Google) collect:

- visits, clicks and conversion statistics

We also use 3rd party cookies to identify (anonymously) the number of visitors and conversions (sales) generated by affiliate partner sites for the purposes of attributing referral fees to those affiliates sites.

Data collected when you create a user account with us
When you create a user account on this website, you provide us with your name and contact details, including your email address.
Primarily we ask for this data in order to fulfil your order and to send you occasional emails highlighting product offers or sharing some educational material about probiotics and their application. This data is kept secure on our secure web server – it is not held locally on our office network to ensure confidentiality and security.
We will never share this information with any third party.

Data collected when a customer makes a website purchase but does not create a user account
In this instance, the only reason for collecting and retaining data is to ensure we can deliver and, where necessary, track your order. We do not use this data for any other purpose, specifically we will not use it to promote our own products to you, nor will we share your data with any third party.
Payment Details
We do not collect or store your payment details in any form. Our payment gateway direct you to third party, highly secure environments such as PayPal and Stripe (which we use to process direct debit transactions).
Deletion of Data
Should you decide, for any reason, at any time, that you wish us to delete any data we hold about your from our records, please email us at info@microbz.co.uk telling us this is the case and we will carry out your request within two working days.
