Your Question:
My two daughters are in their mid twenties and have been struggling with their energy and generally feeling under the weather this winter. They have been taking Gold for a few weeks but wonder if Resilience would be better?
Zara's Answer:
They are not alone ! Winter can be tough and there are always multiple factors at play these days. So just from a general overviewâ¦.
Bio-Live Resilience is good for boosting the immune system short term if one feels prone to bugs etc. I wonder if Bio-Live Women might not be more of a support for them though long term. They could finish the bottle of Bio-Live Gold, then do a month of Bio-Live Resilience (use that when they feel low) and then go onto Bio-Live Women
longer term.
Looking at diet and lifestyle is paramount too, as is exposure to digital technologies especially at night. It is always good practice to try and create a wifi and phone frequency free environment for sleep as these do interfere with sleep quality (and the gut biome) and that will gradually affect energy levels and resilience.
