Peppermint: An aromatic herb with an invigorating aroma. The main active ingredient, menthol, leaves a cooling sensation in the body. It is said to support healthy respiratory function and clear breathing, peppermint has antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties.

Liquorice: This therapeutic herb is renowned for its calming and soothing properties. It’s traditionally known and used as a medicine in Ayurveda for rejuvenation and also as a remedy for upper respiratory problems. Liquorice is considered to enhance the power of synergy between different herbs.

Thyme: The use of thyme dates back thousands of years with its medicinal qualities being recognised before it went on to be used in cooking. Thymol, found in thyme is a naturally occurring phenol with cleansing, reviving and uplifting properties. Thymol is recognised as a biocide – these are substances that can destroy harmful organisms, such as infectious bacteria.

INGREDIENTS: Hand brewed with love andpurified water, BIO LIVE CULTURES: bacillus subtilis, bifidobacterium bifidum, bifidobacterium breve, bifidobacterium infantis, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactococcus lactis, saccharomyces boulardii, saccharomyces cerevisiae and streptococcus thermophilus; and organic molasses (used up). HERBS: bayberry root, elecampane, grindelia, liquorice root, marshmallow, moringa, mullein leaf, peppermint oil and thyme leaf. Apple cider vinegar, sea water concentrate. Allergen free.

Adults take 15ml (1tbsp) daily, preferably before food. Children take 5-15ml daily. Do not exceed the stated dose.
