Shipping policy

Delivery

Orders are sent using DPD 24 hour or Royal Mail 48 hour.

If you want your order next day please order before 12pm and choose DPD 24 hours. Orders will be dispatched for next day delivery Monday - Friday. If you order before 12pm on Friday you may get your order on Monday. 

If you choose Royal Mail 48 hour then please allow four working days to receive your package within the UK.

We can deliver to your home address, work address or friend’s address if you are buying a gift for someone and wish it to be sent directly to them.

We are closed on the weekend and don't currently dispatch on a Saturday or Sunday. 

We cannot take any responsibility for items that are lost in transit but we will assist where possible. If your items are not delivered within 10 working days of your order being fulfilled, please get in touch with us at info@microbz.co.uk and we will do our best to track your items. 

Orders over £60 are sent with free delivery and all subscription orders are sent with free delivery. 

Delivery overseas 

If you want to purchase from Europe then please contact our European partner Alter-entorn. For delivery Internationally (outside the UK) then please email us at info@microbz.co.uk with your full order. We will then invoice you for this order including shipping but without VAT. Once this invoice is cleared we will send you your goods. We cannot take any responsibility for these items not clearing customs of the country that you are ordering from.
