I’ve used your liquid probiotic before but wanted to get some for my teenage son to help with his anxiety and sleep. Please advise as to which to choose for this for him.

Zara's Answer:

I would recommend taking Bio-Live Sleep in the evening an hour or two before bed and after dinner. There is a strong correlation between the gut and anxiety so supporting the gut is good.
Bach flower remedies are also good - a few drops in water - eg mimulus for known fears, and white chestnut for thoughts going round and round.
