Making a purchase
By making an order you are offering to purchase a product from us, which we will accept to sell you. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays, delays with our courier or force majeure. When making an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to make your request and there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Cancellation and Refunds
We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if this is not the case then please contact us at email@example.com or on +44 (0)1249 760 486 as soon as possible after your purchase and, with your agreement, we can decide whether to provide you with a replacement or alternative product or to issue a full refund. At our discretion we may require you, at our cost, to return the goods in question.
Credit card security
We use PayPal who provide a secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions for thousands of online and mail order businesses throughout the world. Payment for goods ordered can be made by any major credit card or debit card. In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Microbz shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in dispatch. If you are ordering from outside of the UK and your payment is declined please contact your card issuer to ensure they allow payment to a UK company. If you continue to have problems paying please do contact us.
In general orders are dispatched one working day after they are received. Orders are sent using courier or Royal Mail First Class. Please allow four working days to receive your package within the UK, overseas orders will take a bit longer. We can deliver to your home address, work address or friend’s address if you are buying a gift for someone and wish it to be sent directly to them.
Claims for faulty items
In the unlikely event that we supply goods that are faulty, we will exchange them and/or refund your payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
