What's in it?

Raw sugar cane from Okinawa, Manju sea salt, starch syrup. Manju sea salt is produced using a high-quality Pacific Ocean sea salt that is rich in minerals and has antioxidising and regenerative properties. This special salt is fermented with Manju using a unique process based on bio technology.

The positive effects of Manju are primarily due to the high number of antioxidants, substances that are capable of slowing-down, neutralising or even preventing the formation and activities of free radicals and negative effects of harmful oxidation processes in the human body. Manju is a Japanese fermentation product and is produced by the Tropical Plants Resources Institute, on Okinawa. The secret of the name lies in the papaya: the green papaya is called “manju-i” on Okinawa, Japan. It means “melon of the ten thousand year life”.
