Unlike many other supplements, our fermented living liquid does not require refrigeration. The cold environment can slow down bacterial activity making the live active cultures less effective. HERBS, JUICES AND MINERALS: acai, alpha lipoic acid, apple cider vinegar, apple geranium oil, barley grass, blueberry, boron (boric acid), calcium (lithothamnium, calcium hydroxide), camu camu, chaga mushroom, cherry, chia seed, chlorella, chromium (chromium chloride), citric acid, clove buds, dandelion root, garlic, ginger, glucosamine (glucosamine hydrochloride), goji, hawthorn berry and leaf, himalayan rock salt, hydrogen peroxide, inositol, iodine, iron (ferrous sulphate), kelp, lemon, maca, magnesium (marine magnesium oxide), molybdenum (sodium molybdate), moringa, MSM, nettle, noni, olive leaf, pomegranate, potassium (potassium chloride), rosehip, sea water concentrate, selenium (sodium selenate), shiitake mushrooms, sorrel, spirulina, turmeric, valerian, yarrow and zinc (zinc chloride). Adults take 15ml (1tbsp) daily, preferably before breakfast. Children take 5-15ml daily. Do not exceed the stated dose. One 475ml bottle is 1 months supply. Flakes and sediment are a sign of quality.

Store in a cool cupboard, no need to refrigerate. Once opened use within two months. Keep out of direct sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children.
