Bio-Live Fitness: A single bottle of Bio-Live Fitness on a white background

Research suggests probiotics can be an effective way to enhance the body’s absorption of vitamins and nutrients into the bloodstream – this includes the ability to breakdown and absorb protein by producing more digestive enzymes. Specific microbes including Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli can produce B vitamins which are essential for energy.
