Data collected via cookies and third party identifiers

We collect data about our site usage as described below. Any data collected is used to identify how website visitors come to the site (whether by referral, cost per click advertising or, for example, clicking on links contained in emails we send to customers who have signed up to receive emails from us) and their behaviour on the site through (where applicable) to completing a purchase. All data captured in this way is anonymous.

Data collected when you create a user account with us

When you create a user account on this website, you provide us with your name and contact details, including your email address.

Primarily we ask for this data in order to fulfil your order and to send you occasional emails highlighting product offers or sharing some educational material about probiotics and their application. This data is kept secure on our secure web server – it is not held locally on our office network to ensure confidentiality and security.

We will never share this information with any third party.

Data collected when a customer makes a website purchase but does not create a user account

In this instance, the only reason for collecting and retaining data is to ensure we can deliver and, where necessary, track your order. We do not use this data for any other purpose, specifically we will not use it to promote our own products to you, nor will we share your data with any third party.

Payment Details

We do not collect or store your payment details in any form. Our payment gateway direct you to third party, highly secure environments such as PayPal and Stripe (which we use to process direct debit transactions).

Deletion of Data

Should you decide, for any reason, at any time, that you wish us to delete any data we hold about your from our records, please email us at info@microbz.co.uk telling us this is the case and we will carry out your request within two working days.
